Line a 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, wrapping it over the edges. Spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white baking chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.

Remove from the microwave and stir in the vanilla extract. Add food coloring (yellow and orange) and mix until the color is well blended.

Stir in 1 cup of candy corn into the fudge mixture. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of candy corn on top.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the foil edges and slice into squares.
