Tuna Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 (5 oz) cans tuna.
02 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
03 - 1 celery stalk, diced.
04 - 2 tbsp red onion, diced.
05 - 1-2 tbsp chopped herbs (parsley, chives).
06 - 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Drain tuna well.
02 - Add tuna, mayo, celery, onion to bowl.
03 - Add herbs, mustard, salt, pepper.
04 - Mix until well combined.
05 - Serve in sandwich, lettuce wrap, or plain.

# Notes:

01 - Use wild caught albacore tuna.
02 - Add more mayo for creamier texture.
03 - Keeps 3-4 days refrigerated.
04 - Can add other fresh vegetables.
