Tuna Salad

# Ingredients:

2 (5 oz) cans tuna.

1/4 cup mayonnaise.
03 -
1 celery stalk, diced.
04 -
2 tbsp red onion, diced.
05 -
1-2 tbsp chopped herbs (parsley, chives).

1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard.
07 -
Salt and pepper to taste.
# Instructions:

Drain tuna well.
02 -
Add tuna, mayo, celery, onion to bowl.
03 -
Add herbs, mustard, salt, pepper.
04 -
Mix until well combined.
05 -
Serve in sandwich, lettuce wrap, or plain.

Use wild caught albacore tuna.

Add more mayo for creamier texture.

Keeps 3-4 days refrigerated.

Can add other fresh vegetables.
