Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken tenders, thighs or breast.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 stick butter.
04 - 8-10 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated.
06 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce.
07 - 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes.
08 - 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced.
09 - 2 teaspoons paprika.
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Soak wooden skewers 30 minutes. Mix chicken seasonings. Cut chicken in 3-inch pieces, toss with oil and seasonings.
02 - Melt butter with garlic. Add pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley and parmesan. Divide sauce for basting and finishing.
03 - Pack chicken tightly on skewers with no gaps. Trim skewers if needed to fit air fryer.
04 - Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes. Flip, baste, cook 2 minutes. Flip again, baste, cook 5-6 minutes until 165°F.
05 - Baste with clean reserved sauce, sprinkle with extra parmesan.

# Notes:

01 - Can be cooked in oven at 450°F or on grill.
02 - Keep basting sauces separate to avoid cross-contamination.
