Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pork chops.
02 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
06 - 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced.
07 - 1 cup heavy cream.
08 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
09 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
10 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Layer sliced potatoes in greased baking dish.
02 - Mix cream, both cheeses, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes.
03 - Cover with foil, bake 40 minutes. Uncover, bake 20 minutes more until golden.
04 - Season pork with garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Press Parmesan onto both sides.
05 - Heat oil in skillet over medium-high. Cook pork 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
