# Ingredients:

→ For the Steak and Vegetables

01 - 2 strip steaks, cut into cubes
02 - 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
03 - 1 onion, sliced
04 - 1 large zucchini, cut into pieces
05 - 10 oz grape tomatoes
06 - Heath Riles Garlic Butter Seasoning (or your favorite garlic seasoning)

→ For the Tortellini

07 - 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini
08 - ¼ to ½ cup water for steaming
09 - ¼ cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce

→ For Topping

10 - Shredded Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Cut your steaks into bite-sized cubes. Cut the zucchini into smaller pieces and slice the onion.
02 - Turn your griddle to medium heat and let it get hot.
03 - Add a tablespoon of oil to the griddle. Toss on all the veggies - the onion, zucchini, and grape tomatoes. Season them with Heath Riles Garlic Butter Seasoning or your favorite garlic seasoning blend.
04 - Add the cubed steak to another section of the griddle. Season it with the same garlic butter seasoning.
05 - Add the frozen tortellini to a clear spot on the griddle. Pour about a quarter to a half cup of water over the tortellini. Immediately cover with a griddle dome and let it steam for 3 to 5 minutes until the tortellini are tender and cooked through.
06 - Once the tortellini are cooked, quickly stir in the Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce. Mix well to coat, then remove the tortellini from the griddle and set aside.
07 - Keep cooking and stirring the steak and vegetables until the steak is cooked to your liking and the veggies are tender and slightly charred.
08 - Plate the sauced tortellini and top with the griddled steak and vegetables. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over everything and dig in.

# Notes:

01 - A griddle or flat top makes this super easy since you can cook everything at once in different zones.
02 - Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce is available in most grocery stores in the wing sauce aisle.
03 - Heath Riles Garlic Butter Seasoning is amazing, but any garlic herb seasoning blend works great.
04 - The water creates steam under the dome which cooks the frozen tortellini perfectly.
05 - Don't skip the dome when steaming the tortellini - it's crucial for getting them cooked through.
06 - If you don't have a griddle, you can make this in a large skillet - just cook in batches.
07 - Any cut of steak works - sirloin, ribeye, or even flank steak all taste great.
