Cut your steaks into bite-sized cubes. Cut the zucchini into smaller pieces and slice the onion.

Turn your griddle to medium heat and let it get hot.

Add a tablespoon of oil to the griddle. Toss on all the veggies - the onion, zucchini, and grape tomatoes. Season them with Heath Riles Garlic Butter Seasoning or your favorite garlic seasoning blend.

Add the cubed steak to another section of the griddle. Season it with the same garlic butter seasoning.

Add the frozen tortellini to a clear spot on the griddle. Pour about a quarter to a half cup of water over the tortellini. Immediately cover with a griddle dome and let it steam for 3 to 5 minutes until the tortellini are tender and cooked through.

Once the tortellini are cooked, quickly stir in the Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce. Mix well to coat, then remove the tortellini from the griddle and set aside.

Keep cooking and stirring the steak and vegetables until the steak is cooked to your liking and the veggies are tender and slightly charred.

Plate the sauced tortellini and top with the griddled steak and vegetables. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over everything and dig in.
