Greek Lemon Rice

# Ingredients:

1 cup long grain rice.

2 tablespoons butter.

2 cups chicken broth.

1/3 cup lemon juice.

1 teaspoon salt.

1 teaspoon turmeric.

1 tablespoon fresh herbs.
# Instructions:

Rinse rice in strainer.
02 -
Melt butter, stir in rice and turmeric.

Add broth, lemon, salt. Simmer covered 20-25 minutes.

Fluff with fork, add herbs if using.

Can use basmati rice.
