Ham and Cheese Croissant (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup unsalted butter, room temperature.
02 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard.
03 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced.
04 - 1 tablespoon honey.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 12 mini croissants, halved.
08 - 1 pound sliced smoked deli ham.
09 - 12 slices Swiss cheese.
10 - 1 large egg white.
11 - 2 teaspoons poppy seeds.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Mix butter, mustard, green onions, honey, salt and pepper.
03 - Spread mixture on croissants, add ham and cheese to make sandwiches.
04 - Whisk egg white with water. Brush tops and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
05 - Bake 15-18 minutes until golden. Rest 5 minutes before serving warm.
