Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 Hawaiian rolls (1 package).
02 - 8 slices cheese (cheddar or american).
03 - 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
04 - 10 large eggs.
05 - 1/4 cup milk.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
08 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted.
09 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
10 - 1 tablespoon chives, chopped.
11 - Flaky sea salt for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13 pan. Cut rolls horizontally, keeping connected.
02 - Place bottom half of rolls in pan. Layer with cheese slices.
03 - Whisk eggs with milk, salt, pepper. Scramble until just underdone.
04 - Layer eggs and bacon over cheese. Add roll tops.
05 - Brush with garlic butter mixture. Bake 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
06 - Top with chives and sea salt. Serve warm.

01 - Undercook eggs slightly.
02 - Can mix cheese varieties.
03 - Can use baking sheet instead of pan.
