Honey Bacon Roasted Potatoes (Print Version)
Perfectly crispy roasted potatoes coated in honey and crispy bacon. These potatoes are tender inside, crispy outside, and full of sweet-savory flavor.
# Ingredients:

4 large potatoes, peeled and diced.

3 garlic cloves, minced.

2 thick bacon strips, cut into pieces.

2 tablespoons honey.

½ teaspoon salt, plus more for boiling.

1 teaspoon cracked pepper.

Chopped parsley for garnish.

Olive oil for roasting.
# Instructions:

Boil peeled and diced potatoes in salted water for 8 minutes until tender.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat oiled baking sheet in oven.

Spread potatoes on hot pan, season with oil, salt and pepper. Roast 30 minutes.

Cook bacon until crispy, add honey and garlic.

Roast potatoes 10-15 minutes more, toss with honey bacon mixture and parsley.
