Honey Bacon Roasted Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced.
02 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
03 - 2 thick bacon strips, cut into pieces.
04 - 2 tablespoons honey.
05 - ½ teaspoon salt, plus more for boiling.
06 - 1 teaspoon cracked pepper.
07 - Chopped parsley for garnish.
08 - Olive oil for roasting.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil peeled and diced potatoes in salted water for 8 minutes until tender.
02 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat oiled baking sheet in oven.
03 - Spread potatoes on hot pan, season with oil, salt and pepper. Roast 30 minutes.
04 - Cook bacon until crispy, add honey and garlic.
05 - Roast potatoes 10-15 minutes more, toss with honey bacon mixture and parsley.
