Hot Chocolate Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup butter, softened.
02 - 1 cup sugar.
03 - 2/3 cup brown sugar.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 3/4 cup hot cocoa mix (4 packets).
08 - 1 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
10 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
11 - 1 cup chocolate chips.
12 - 1 cup Mallow Bits (freeze-dried marshmallows).

# Instructions:

01 - Beat butter and sugars until fluffy, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
02 - Combine flour, cocoa mix, salt, baking soda, and baking powder, then mix into wet ingredients.
03 - Fold in chocolate chips and Mallow Bits.
04 - Cover and refrigerate dough for 30 minutes to 24 hours.
05 - Heat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment.
06 - Scoop 2-tablespoon dough balls, place 2 inches apart on sheets.
07 - Bake 9-11 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
08 - Let rest 5 minutes on sheet, then move to cooling rack.

# Notes:

01 - Don't use sugar-free hot cocoa mix.
02 - Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
03 - Best served warm for gooey center.
