Juicy Pork Tenderloin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pork tenderloin (1.5 pounds).
02 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon chili powder.
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
10 - 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Trim excess fat and silver skin from tenderloin.
02 - Mix spices and brown sugar. Rub all over pork, then drizzle with oil.
03 - Cook 25-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
04 - Brush with barbecue sauce if desired. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
