Monte Cristo Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls.
02 - 8 ounces thinly sliced deli ham.
03 - 8 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast.
04 - 12 slices Swiss cheese.
05 - 1 stick butter, unsalted and melted.
06 - 1 large egg.
07 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard.
08 - 1/4 cup confectioners sugar.
09 - 3/4 cup raspberry preserves.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 350°F. Take a 9x13 baking pan and give it a light coating of cooking spray.
02 - Take your Hawaiian rolls and cut them across the middle, creating one big top piece and one big bottom piece. Put the bottom piece in your greased pan.
03 - Cover the bottom piece with turkey slices first, then add a layer of ham. Top it all off with Swiss cheese slices.
04 - Mix your melted butter with a beaten egg and Dijon mustard in a bowl until well combined.
05 - Put the top half of the rolls back on. Pour your butter mixture all over the tops of the rolls, making sure to cover them completely.
06 - Pop them in the oven for about 20 minutes until they're golden brown on top. If they're getting too dark, just cover them with foil.
07 - Let them cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle powdered sugar over the top. Serve while warm with raspberry jam on the side for dipping.

# Notes:
