Mushroom Sauce for Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced.
02 - 3 tablespoons butter.
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic.
04 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
05 - 1 cup heavy cream.
06 - 1 teaspoon dijon mustard.
07 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter, cook mushrooms and garlic until brown.
02 - Add liquids and seasonings.
03 - Cook 5-8 minutes until thickened.
04 - Season to taste and serve over steak.

# Notes:

01 - Can add parmesan cheese.
02 - Serve immediately.
