# Ingredients:

→ For the Cheesecake Balls

01 - 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup powdered sugar
03 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1½ cups crushed graham crackers or cookies
06 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

→ For Coating

07 - Melted chocolate for dipping
08 - Additional crushed graham crackers for coating

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
02 - Fold in the crushed graham crackers and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
03 - Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls with your hands. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
04 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until the balls are firm enough to handle without losing their shape.
05 - While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate according to package directions. Place additional crushed graham crackers in a shallow bowl for coating.
06 - Remove the chilled balls from the freezer. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then immediately roll in crushed graham crackers to coat.
07 - Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is completely set, about 1 hour.
08 - Store in the refrigerator and serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.
