Add the graham cracker crumbs to a food processor and process until fine. Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl, add the melted butter and sugar, and mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

Add the orange slices, orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange juice to a food processor. Puree until smooth. Set aside.

In a stand mixer, combine 8 ounces of cream cheese and the orange Jell-O mix. Beat until smooth.

Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and 8 ounces of Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.

Beat the orange puree mixture into the filling until well blended.

Pour the creamsicle filling into the prepared pie crust. Smooth the top with a small offset spatula.

Place the pie into the freezer and let it set and chill for about 3 hours, or preferably overnight.

Serve the pie chilled with additional whipped cream, orange slices, and orange zest for garnish.
