Pierogi Kielbasa Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces frozen potato pierogi.
02 - 14 ounces kielbasa sausage, sliced.
03 - ½ cup chicken broth.
04 - ½ cup sour cream.
05 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
06 - ½ teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 3 green onions, sliced.
08 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9x13 casserole dish.
02 - Place pierogies and sliced sausage in dish.
03 - Mix cream cheese, sour cream, broth, pepper and half the onions. Pour over top.
04 - Cover and bake 30 minutes, add cheese and bake uncovered 10 more minutes.
05 - Top with remaining green onions and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Can use any smoked sausage.
02 - Keeps 4-5 days refrigerated.
03 - Block cheese melts better.
