# Ingredients:

→ For the Brownie Layer

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
06 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ For the Cookie Dough Layer (Egg-Free)

08 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
09 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
10 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
11 - 2 tablespoons milk
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
13 - 1 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated
14 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

→ For the Chocolate Topping

15 - 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
16 - 1 tablespoon butter or cream (optional, for smoother drizzle)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease or line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until the batter is smooth.
03 - Fill each mini muffin cavity about two-thirds full with the brownie batter. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the brownies are just set on top but still fudgy in the middle. Take them out and let them cool completely in the pan.
04 - In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with both the brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in the milk and vanilla. Add the heat-treated flour and stir until combined, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.
05 - Once the brownies are completely cool, press a small scoop of cookie dough gently onto the top of each brownie bite.
06 - Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each one. If you want a smoother drizzle, stir in the butter or cream. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the tops of the brownie bites.
07 - Put the brownie bites in the fridge for about 20 minutes until the chocolate is set. Serve and enjoy these fun little treats!

# Notes:

01 - Heat-treat the flour by microwaving it for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds, then let it cool completely before using. This makes it safe to eat raw.
02 - The cookie dough layer is egg-free and safe to eat since it uses heat-treated flour.
03 - These are perfect for parties - they're bite-sized and look fancy but are easy to make.
04 - Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
