# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound uncooked sausage.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes, drained.
04 - 1.5 cups Bisquick mix.
05 - 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Combine sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, Bisquick, and cheese until uniform.
03 - Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
04 - Place on lined sheet, bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown on bottom.
