01 -
Crack the eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until the yolks and whites are completely combined and the mixture is smooth.
02 -
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the sausage links, turning occasionally, until they're browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 -
Pour the beaten eggs into the same skillet and cook over medium-low heat, gently stirring with a spatula. Cook until the eggs are just set but still creamy, then remove from heat.
04 -
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
05 -
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangular pieces. Place half a slice of cheddar cheese at the wide end of each triangle, add a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and top with one sausage link.
06 -
Starting from the wide end, roll each crescent toward the pointed end, enclosing the filling. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
07 -
Bake for 11-14 minutes until the roll-ups are golden brown and the dough is fully cooked through.
08 -
Let the roll-ups cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Serve warm as a grab-and-go breakfast or with your favorite breakfast sides.
