Sheet Pan Parmesan Garlic Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
02 - Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce (enough to coat)
03 - 1 tsp salt
04 - 1 tsp black pepper
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - 2 tsp garlic powder
08 - 2 tsp smoked paprika

→ For the Vegetables

09 - 24 oz baby potatoes, quartered
10 - 1 small head broccoli, chopped into larger florets
11 - 1 onion, sliced
12 - Olive oil for drizzling

→ For Topping

13 - Shredded Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 400 degrees. Spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray and set it aside.
02 - Wash the baby potatoes and cut them into quarters. Slice your onion and chop the broccoli into florets - keep them on the larger side so they don't overcook.
03 - Spread all the vegetables out on the sheet pan. Drizzle some olive oil over them and season with about half of your seasoning blend (half the salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika). Toss to coat.
04 - Put the chicken thighs in a bowl and season with the rest of the seasoning blend. Pour in enough Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce to generously coat all the chicken. Stir everything together until each piece is well coated.
05 - Make little spaces on the sheet pan between the veggies and nestle the seasoned chicken thighs into those spots.
06 - Bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 185 degrees. Chicken thighs are best when cooked to this higher temp - they'll be super juicy and tender.
07 - If you want extra crispy tops, turn on the broiler and broil for just a couple minutes. Watch it closely so nothing burns.
08 - Take the pan out of the oven and sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over everything. Let it rest for a couple minutes, then serve hot and enjoy your complete one-pan meal.

# Notes:

01 - Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce can be found in most grocery stores near the wing sauces.
02 - Chicken thighs are more forgiving than breasts - they stay juicy even at higher temps like 185°F.
03 - Keep the broccoli florets larger so they don't get mushy while everything else cooks.
04 - If you can't find the Buffalo Wild Wings sauce, use any Parmesan garlic wing sauce or make your own.
05 - This is a true sheet pan dinner - protein and veggies all cooked together with minimal cleanup.
06 - Leftovers keep in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat well.
