01 - 1 to 1 ¼ pounds chicken tenderloins (or chicken breast cut into 3 long vertical strips)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - ½ lime (optional)

→ Seasonings

04 - ½ teaspoon table salt (use ¼ teaspoon if sensitive to salt)
05 - ½ teaspoon chipotle powder (or chili powder for milder taste)
06 - ½ teaspoon chili powder
07 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - ½ teaspoon cumin
09 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F.
02 - Mix together the olive oil, salt, chipotle powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and garlic powder in a bowl.
03 - Place the chicken tenderloins on a baking sheet. Pour the olive oil mixture over them, tossing until each piece is fully coated.
04 - Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
