# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of the butter. Let the butter melt completely.

03 - Return the skillet to the stove and increase the heat to high. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and stir to melt. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and cook for 1 minute without stirring.
04 - Flip or stir the steak cubes and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until they reach your desired doneness. Remove the skillet from the heat.
05 - Add the cooked potatoes back to the skillet and gently toss together with the steak and butter. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if desired.
