Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

Heat strawberries with sugar and cornstarch until thick like jam, then cool.

Put tablespoon of cheese mix and teaspoon of strawberry mix in center of each wrapper.

Fold bottom corner over filling, fold in sides, roll up and seal with water.

Heat oil to 350°F in deep skillet.

Cook eggrolls 2-3 minutes until golden, turning occasionally.

Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
