Turkey Brie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 slices leftover roasted turkey or deli meat (approx. 100g), for the base.
02 - ½ cup black currant jam (or substitute with blueberry/blackberry), for sweetness.
03 - 3 tbsp red chili sauce (or red pepper jelly), for a spicy kick.
04 - ½ baguette, sliced into 12 rounds, for the base.
05 - 75g Brie cheese (1 small wheel), for creaminess.
06 - Fresh rosemary, optional garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Set to broil at 500°F (260°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice the baguette into 12, 1-inch circles and arrange on the baking sheet.
03 - Place ½ slice of turkey on each baguette round. Mix black currant jam and red chili sauce together. Top turkey with 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
04 - Slice the Brie and place 1 slice on top of each bite.
05 - Place the tray in the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
06 - Remove from the oven, cool for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
