Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with non-stick spray or vegan butter. Set aside.

In a large pot, melt the vegan butter over medium-low heat. Add 3 cups of vegan marshmallows and melt, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes.

Once the marshmallows are fully melted, add the cocoa rice cereal and mix until well combined.

Stir in the reserved 1 cup of marshmallows for extra gooeyness.

Press the Rice Krispie mixture into the prepared baking pan and let it cool slightly.

Melt the vegan chocolate chips and drizzle the melted chocolate over the Rice Krispie treats.

Once the treats have cooled and set, cut into squares and enjoy.
