White Wine Spritzer (Print Version)

Light and refreshing wine spritzer with homemade rosemary-ginger syrup. Perfect for summer entertaining.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup sugar.
02 - 1/4 cup water.
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary.
04 - 2 teaspoons grated ginger.
05 - 1 cup white wine.
06 - 4 teaspoons lemon juice.
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger.
08 - 3 teaspoons herb syrup.
09 - 1/4 cup club soda.
10 - Thyme sprig for garnish.
11 - Ice cubes.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat water, sugar, rosemary and ginger until sugar dissolves.
02 - Let syrup infuse for 10 minutes.
03 - Combine wine, lemon, ginger and syrup in glass.
04 - Add ice, top with soda, garnish with thyme.

# Notes:

01 - Syrup keeps 2 weeks refrigerated.
02 - Adjust sweetness to taste.
03 - Use dry white wine.
